Opening day first bow deer

I got my first bow deer opening morning! I was in the stand five minuites and a really nice 8pt came out and went right under my stand...it was stilll dark and i couldnt see his body in my peep..but when light came..there were 6 does in my food plot..i drew back and let my Grim Reeper fly.. 30 yards and it went right through and she didnt go more than 50 yards..hit her right in the heart!

It feels great..i started hunting with a bow two years ago..i shot a 10 pt and never found him..it bummed me out..and i was nervous to try and shoot one again thinking that might happen..this was a total confidence builder..Hunting with a bow is so much more spiritaul and exciting..and i am TOTALY ADDICTED NOW!!
