While kicking around Wal Mart this afternoon, I noticed they had cat whiskers marked down to $.75 per pack. So I bought all they had left...1 pack lol 
Now is about the time people start pulling out thier bows and start getting them set up. I found the link below to be about the best way of tying on cat whiskers. IMO, they look cool and work great... and they are cheap! I tied on probably 6 sets of these before last season and they are all still doing great. I do them exactly the way shown in the video, but I only use the first and second knots.
