Does anyone know of a place to launch kayaks and overnight park with a trailer on Tybee. All the places I have looked at don't have parking for a car and kayak trailer.

Unfortunately there is not. You can leave truck and trailers at
lazaretto all night. But just so you know not a lot of lighting and not patrolled often by police. There is a public dock on same street so a lot of people on that road all hours of the night. You may want to call City of Tybee and ask about long term parking at South end boat ramp. You might have to purchase tybee parking pass.

If you planning on camping little Tybee, Williamson or the Wash out you will have a pretty long paddle from Lazaretto. Your best bet is launch from South end ramp on tybee. PM me the dates your thinking of going might be able to help you out with a place for car and trailer.
