i remember, the recipe had some water and some oil in it, so i added the mayo to thicken it a little.
this was the blackening spice recipe i used (minus the thyme), really good.

Heading to camp tomorrow, might do the same as the last Hoorahhh.
Got some tuna, lemon fish and some Bonita. Might work ,except the tuna. Might do some tuna salad sandwich for the guys..

the tuna would take to blackening before the others, though not sure what lemon fish is? Just remember to keep the tuna rare.
