Snowing here, too. Coming down good but not really sticking. Had planned on going into work on my day off today.....but now I'm rethinking it...4-wheeling in the snow sounds more fun.

Great looking breakfast. We get some pioneers porridge every time we go to Nora's Mill. My family loves it.

What does porridge taste like, grits? Looks like perfect cream corn in the pic.

It's fresh ground grits, rice, flax seed, and barley.
One cup porridge 4 cups water teaspoon salt and 1/2 stick butter. Bring all to a boil simmer on low for 45 minutes stirring here and there.
