A few wings

Costco wings I had in freezer. Thawed seasoned and put in garage refrigerator overnight. Took out this morning and put on grill around noon. No wood just Weber charcoal briquettes. Seasoned with Lowerys Seasoned Salt that I had added finely ground tabasco peppers to. Lowerys used to make a Tabasco Seasoned Salt but discontinued it. Very good on wings. Wings were tender and very good.

I pigged out. Ate all the flats and a number of the drums over the course of the day. May be five or six drums left. But that is all I've had; so not as bad as it sounds.

Those packs from Costco are mighty handy, too.

Cook a section and freeze a few sections is how I do it, too.
