i made a paymaster ribeye
grilled grape tomatos
sautéed shrooms, deglazed red wine
fried potatoes
i gotta say, i'm of the opinion that the only thing you should put on a fine steak, pre or post cook, is salt and pepper. but man, that marinade is quite tasty. it was good!
(i used low sodium soy)

That ribeye looks perfect! Waiting on Big7 to show back up with that hawg loin. He musta done ate and is checking them i lids for leaks.
