Hairy Indigo

Has anyone ever planted hairy indigo for a food plot I have some in my cow pasture and the cows love it. Early stages of growth have 20% + protein. I see in the woods were theybrowse it but I was wondering if the preference is high enough to plant a plot in it.

Don't plant it where you don't want it to be around for a Long time. It has hardseed and will last at least 40 years. Which can be a great thing if you'd like to mix some in a blend, or an awful thing if they don't eat it.
