Reciprocal Licenses?

I think I know the answer but will ask anyway... I am a Georgia resident with a Georgia fishing license. My boat is kept in SC and I will be saltwater fishing on it. If I bring fish onto SC soil I will also need a SC license, correct? I already bought one but before I bring GA friends I want to be sure. Thanks.

You may need to check with SC DNR, but my understanding is that there is not a reciprocal agreement for salt water licenses. Your need for a SC license is also not just if you bring a fish on to SC soil, but rather if you are fishing in SC waters you need their license.
