Hey folks,
I currently have all Lew's reels and I am very happy with them, but I recently saw an ad for the Daiwa Tatula reel and was intrigued by the"T" shaped line feed. Does anybody here have any hands-on reviews of this reel?
I currently have 8 of them and I love them. They cast really smooth and they are pretty sturdy. They are kind of large compared to abu garcia revo's or shimano curados but i have large hands so I prefer them this way. The T wing feature seems to work well for me also. I exclusively use braid on all my reels and this has been no problem with the Tatulas.
I have the original tatula and really like them. But it is slightly larger. I'd like to try some of the New tatula CTS, looks like a nice compact form factor.
