I haven't tried this yet but before I put $35 worth of wax into it I figured I should ask if anybody else has tried this that might know if it will work or not.
I've got an 8 qt stock pot I will tie-wire into a 3 gallon bucket. Put water in the bucket, wax in the pot and boil the water.
The wax I'm looking at is the plain candle wax at Michael's. Its $35 for a big block that should be enough to cover the trap inside the 8 qt pot. I haven't found the plain Gulf Wax around here.
