Planting in Pines without Lime

We've got several areas of pines that we want to plant but we can't get lime to it. Its hard enough to get the tractor back in there. Is there anything we can plant that will tolerate the acidic soil typical of planted pines?
We're getting the soil sampled, but I'm sure the PH will be low. The pines have been thinned so it gets sufficient light.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Throw some dolomite lime pellets that you can get at tractor supply at the time of planting. This will give the lane a boost and not burn your seeds. This has worked great for me when planting pine rows, though I will tell you that I usually throw the dolomite powder if I am planting the same day and the pellets if I am planting within the week.

Get your soil test done and then load up on 40lb bags of pelletized lime. You can't apply it too soon and you can't apply too much.

Thanks guys! I got side tracked and forgot to come back to this thread:rolleyes:
Waiting on the soil sample now, but I’m sure it will have low PH
