For some pulled pork!! Pulled three butts out of the freezer, fired up the ugly drum, trimmed them, and rubbed them. This is my long weekend to work, so I’ll have plenty to eat for the next three days. Using a chunk of cherry and a chunk of hickory for the smoke!!
