Walked in after light to find a good spot to sit on the ground. Jumped more 50 yd from the atv than I’ve seen in the past 3 weeks. Seeing how long the rain will hold off.

I was surprised at the lack of wind this morning but when it started it hasn’t quit. Making 46 feel like 36. Looks like about an hour until I get wet.

Doing the midday hunt myself. Got all my camera gear setup in the tree, hour later it’s raining. So I’ve retreated to a food plot I haven’t hunted all year.
