Hello All,
I am a first time hunter and wanted to get opinions, ideas, thoughts about my visit to Charlie Elliott.
Long story short, I spent 7hrs walking around the Dove pond area. I got there around 9am and left around 4pm and the only wildlife seen:
1 Squirrel - right at Dove pond
3 Chipmunks
1 Whitetail
Is this normal of Charlie Elliott(Dove Pond Area)?
Am I too late in the season and small game is pretty much done?
I did hear dogs and shotgun blats so someone was having fun....
I planned on going back on Friday is there something I should have done differently?
