Looks prefect LR! I had crawfish for lunch today and tonight I had red beans and rice with fresh green onion sausage. Not to bad.

I always buy ribeyes, but this evening I bought two sirloins, for the first time in years. I might have to try that trick with them tomorrow. Yours looks good.

Using a Cast Iron Skillet has become my preferred method of cooking a Steak. I do about 3 to 31/2 minutes per side and wrap in foil to rest, while I do the asparagus and if I am lucky, the lobster tails.
Great looking grub, we has Publx Pizza.

Great looking grub, Gents.

I'm going international the past two days. Had excellently seasoned baked fish, pico & steamed vegetables from my favorite Mexican restaurant yesterday....and some leftover lo mien & egg rolls tonight from my favorite Oriental restaurant....tremendous menu that spans an unreal array of food. We get there every couple of weeks.

The families that own and operate both spots are the real deal and really friendly folks and always make us feel welcome.
