Week 2 Upate(14 Days)

Alright guys here’s the two week update for the dry aged ribeye, half way there. I know Moonpie was following along, I’d like to think he still is from above!!

Dang, it'll probably cut with a fork when you cook it. Will you cook it whole or slice it?

Week 4 Update(The final update)

Ok here it is after 4 weeks(28 days), will be cutting into steaks tomorrow to eat!! The wait is over!!
