Anyone have any experience with these out of 50cal muzzleloader for feral hog over 300+lbs?

Been using barnes tmz 250gr/150gr white hots in CVA Accura V2 in the past year. But, so sad BPS doesn't carry the barnes tmz in the store no more

I see no reason why it won't work with any loose powder that you can use.

As long as it's a fully enclosed 209 plug it will. I use bh with a no11 inline, but I use 5gr of pyrodex first.

After I used up all my IMR white hots I will give the BH209 a go.

The 250 grain Smackdown bullet is the 250 grain Hornady SST bullet. Its also the same as the TC Shockwave.

i've killed dozens of hogs with the 250 Grain SST/Shockwave bullet: Some of those hogs went over 350 pounds. The hog that is my avatar was killed with a 250 grain SST and 100 grains of Goex Pinnacle powder.

I'm with Okie, I exclusively use the 250 gr SST with my muzzleloader. It flat out puts the smack down on all game!
