Cross threading is better than two lock washers.
It will taste so good you will forget about chicken breast!
grilled up some boneless, skinless thighs. Slap burned up some zucchini slices. The wife wanted some cabbage and sausage.

Looks great! I prefer the dark meat for grilling and the white meat for frying.

Agreed on dark meat sneaking in and stealing the show.

As a kid I was a "breast-only" chap when given a choice. Now....though.....I'm all about runners & flappers, too.

Me three! But I do often grill breasts (or wings). Except I usually baste breasts keep it moist inside. That doesn't let the skin crisp up as much, which goes against the TV cooks' wisdom nowadays. But that is how my crowd likes it.

They like me doing smoked turkeys the same way, moist skin with moist white meat.

Dark meat don't scare me at all, but I would definitely beware someone who just ate a big bait of cabbage and sausages for a few hours. :bounce:
