Me three! But I do often grill breasts (or wings). Except I usually baste breasts keep it moist inside. That doesn't let the skin crisp up as much, which goes against the TV cooks' wisdom nowadays. But that is how my crowd likes it.
They like me doing smoked turkeys the same way, moist skin with moist white meat.
