My wife has been dying for me to make her some burnt ends ever since I got a smoker. I have been dodging the subject for fear of ruining an expensive hunk of beef. Got some free time in my schedule this weekend, so I asked the man himself for advice. A little pep talk and some instructions a 4 year old could follow and I fired up the smoker...
I cooked the brisket yesterday, but I got a late start and I underestimated how long it would take to cook the beast. So I got up this morning, fired the grill back up and finished up. Made the sauce from a recipe the missus found and now she has plenty of eats for her Falcons game.
