We have an opening for 1 member in Callaway Co Missouri. 644 acres of mixed terrain with huge woods, rotated crops and a great road system and a private cabin/campsite with water and electric. The owner is 100% dedicated to the hunters and hunting with the roads and land management. We have huge potential here and are locked in for as long as we want it. Great deer population with a huge number of 2 and 3 year old bucks that will only get better. We killed 3 bucks last season, all of which we all agreed to kill. Absolutely covered up in turkeys. 190 acres set aside for bow only.

5 members total at $3200 each and split utilities and food plots. Let me or Bubba know ASAP any questions you have.

Yeah it definitely has everything needed for deer and deer hunting. Thick but huntable woods, deep ravines, crops, full year water, multiple gated fences, very low pressure around it. We've had it for 2 years now and it hunts perfect!

Lol good point. Always a massive number of folks that say they have to check with momma or pawpaw 1st. Course that's with anything that requires money no matter the purchase or investment. Some will be able to jump on their own and others will have to ask before jumping or need a vote before jumping. Nothing wrong with either method altho one takes longer and double the work for the one taking the money :biggrin3:

Someone needs to jump on this. I was fortunate enough to hunt across the road from this piece last year. I can assure you if you have any thoughts of a 5 or 6 day midwest hunt or a year lease you can't beat this deal. Go out for a spring turkey hunt then hunt the first two weeks of November, with lodging for $3,200.

Definitely hard to beat if a fella was planning to spend money on an outfitter for a week. Nothing wrong with an outfitter, but this gives you full season deer and turkey rights for the same money and a little bit of elbow grease.

Always good to be able to work around bad weather or slow deer movement and be able to go a different week.

I have a couple people lined up to look at the farm next week. We will be there on Wednesday the 18th for sure and maybe another day or 2 around that date. If it doesn't get filled then, I'll be available to show it pretty much any Sunday with notice.
