"University officials in charge of student programming must develop clear policies restricting any behavior that demeans or reduces an individual based on group affiliation or personal traits, or which promotes hate or discrimination, in any approved University program or activity.elmo These policies must be incorporated into any contract entered into by the university regarding participation in formal University programs or activities."
A football game is a "University activity" is it not?elmo An Auburn football player has a "group affiliation," does he not?elmo does this mean that a clear policy must be developed by University officials restricting any behavior at a football game that might in any way "reduce" or "demean" a member of the opposing team?
