Was craving some fish, so I pulled out some redfish we caught back in September. I seasoned with Tony Chacheres and then dusted with seasoned flour. In a pan I heated some olive oil and butter and laid the fish in. Once nice and crispy on the first side I flipped the fish and placed in the oven at 350* until done. Threw together some angel hair pasta with sautéed green beans, garlic and shallots. Made for a tolerable meal after a long day at work!!
