Any fishing pier, or fishable bridge. I like chicken necks for bait. Make sure you have enough weight to hold your basket on the bottom. Only need a few ft. of water. Check about every 10 mins. You can get all your supplys at Wal Mart or fishing store.

Or be around someone that is seining for shrimp. Many people just put the crab back.
