brisket salad

Still working on the brisket point. Not very exciting supper; however, made a salad tonight. In addition to lettuce it
had pieces of brisket, onion, tomato and boiled egg. Dressing is a dressing I make up using Hidden Valley Original Ranch. To that I add some coarse ground black pepper, Hunt's Katsup that doesn't have high fructose corn syrup, some Worcestershire, mayo, cream, and a bottle of Hormel, real bacon bits. Very good salad
