Tacos de venado

Had some really good carne asada the other night at a Mexican joint in town and it flung a craving on me.

Tried it with backstrap. Added a little black beans and rice and some refried black beans with a Mex blend of cheeses. It was alright. Hillbilly would have scraped the beans off.

Looks mighty good. I had to google tacos de venado. Were the carne asada tacos made with flank steak?

They might have been goat for all I know, but they were good.

Yep, I woulda scraped the beans off, but I would have devoured the rest of it like a starving dog. Me gusta comer mucho carne de venado.

I see my carne asada flung a jones on you. Those tacos look righteous and I would have eaten the Hillbilly's beans.

Goat taco's is fine fare too,,,,

Those taco's look real good my friend!! I love tex-mex food.
