First Female coach??

This lady (as about a 12 yr old) used to ref some of my basketball games in a men's rec league off base back in the day. She knew the game then.

Just was reading about that. She is a very knowledgeable basketball coach. I'd love to see her get a shot at head coaching. I seriously doubt it will happen, but would love to see it. Why not?
