Coosa River Report?

Anyone fish the Coosa this weekend around the Lock & Dam, Old River Road, or Brushy Branch?

Just wondering if the crappie have moved up yet and if white bass have started biting.

Thinking about heading up there this weekend.

buddy of mine said that they were catching crappie in brushy and up and down the river there at brushy

fished stateline cove and ball play yesterday and didnt do much good with the bass but caught a slew of white bass. not sure about crappie but the white bass were on in ball play. hope this helps

I plan on scout'n around the brushy area this weekend. We''ll see what happens with the weather! :biggrin2:
