Looks Like a Few Made It

I've been feeding corn again out back and several of my old pals are taking advantage of it. Looks like they made it through the rut in good shape!

Have you seen JBo?

Oh yeah! JBo came back several weeks ago and he's doing real good as far as I can tell. He came through the rut without a mark on him nor one chip off his rack. I'm sure that he also managed to sire more than a couple of little JBo's along the way.

He is still the dominant buck in the herd for sure and in fact his tarsal glands are still jet black and very strong smelling. I wasn't too surprised that he remembered me though and he didn't hesitate to approach me when I offered him a bowl of corn. I was glad to see him and I'm really hoping he'll leave his antlers in a spot where I can find them when the time comes.

Not a great shot of him here but it's the only one I got last night. Also found an antler from a big six point recently that has shed both sides already.
