Question on natural ground blinds

I can't seem to find a clear law on it in the regs, so I'm asking here.

Can I throw together a ground blind using fallen limbs, saplings, and twine?

blood on the ground

Cross threading is better than two lock washers.

Absolutely. Now if your hunting public ground I wouldn't cut down anything that is growing. Only use deadfall limbs.

Somebody will be sitting in it when you get there.

They best get there MIGHTY early. I'm known for getting to a blind at 3 in the morning and falling asleep. I usually set my alarm on vibrate to wake me up a half hour before sunrise. And they had best walk. Where I found today is a good 400 yards off the nearest path.

In regards to cutting that which is growing... So sapplings are out of the question. Can you trim up small branches for shooting lanes by chance?
