I'm awful fond of my Lucas Bullington Skinner with elk handles and 01 tool blade.

Both great knives, I own them also. But I usually end up with my 20 year old sodbuster or case trapper in my pocket.

I own all kinds of knives, including some nice handmade customs. But, for the last thirty-five years, my go -to knife has always been my old OT77 Muskrat Trapper. Been in my pocket every day for decades. Perfect skinning and all-around knife.

My first custom blade

Fatfriend Goombah.
Rock pattern blade that’s hair-popping sharp. I had a piece of the hide from my Ga Alligator inlaid in the sheath.

Buck 113 Ranger Skinner (best hunting knife I’ve ever owned)
Buck 112 Ranger
Buck 110 Lightweight

I keep a Havalon with extra blades in my pack but rarely use it. It really only comes out when cleaning the skull for a euro or cleaning up a turkey fan.

I like Buck Knives, though! Ha!

I like that blade a lot. Looks a lot like a Kephart.
Thanks, it’s a darn good knife. I like it but I have a hard time leaving my Buck 422 at home. I carry the Buck 422 on my hip and a Buck 476 in the pack most often.

Bunch of buck knives, but the main one I'm using now is the Jim Shockey Series Havalon. I love that scalpels and it has a regular blade as well.

Case Trapper, custom mini Nessmuk by Hank Hammond, a Raleigh Tabor Special, and-or an obsidian or flint flake for deer, birds, small game, and skinning furbearers.

For fish I use a Rapala filet knife.
