Guys I have been offered 797 acres in Christian Cty KY. Looking for 6 guys @ $2200 each or someone can secure the farm and arrange it as you wish. This is a "DEER LEASE ONLY". It will be y'alls farm to manage and set up as y'all wish. I only have a few weeks to secure the lease as on the property so be serious and ready to pay if you like the property. A showing can be arranged and would prefer to have everyone available to limit showings if possible.
The lease will be a sub-laese through a very good friend of mine. The group will be provided a legal lease agreement to protect everyones investment.
