The older I get the less I want to be around people.

A strong HOA and a manicured lawn

The thread is talking about men, not biologically male suburban organisms who worry about what their neighbors think.
A handful of you biological hillbillies and S.Ga flatlanders will outlast me during a zombie apocalypse, but most country boys today are just paid actors in a suburban commercial.
A couple of things I taught my son.
How to grow both summer and winter gardens.
How to hunt and fish.
How to skin and dress game, and how to clean fish.
How to build the proper fire, for warmth and also to cook on.
To treat Ladies with respect.
To conduct himself as a gentleman.
How to sharpen all cutting tools and keep weapons in working order.
To never forget that interest can and will eat up the principal if he ain`t careful with his purchases.
To drink in moderation and never drive drunk.
To endeavor to do his best at whatever occupation he undertakes.
To save a percentage of his wages for old age.
To never forget where he came from.
Not counting a good wife/girlfriend.
Good shotgun/rifle/handgun or 10.
Lake and creek boat is also a given.
Crib and some dirt.
A lil' (or a lot) of money, etc. Depending on what you call
"good".
I'd go with a good chainsaw.
What do ya'll think?
Serious question.
