The biggest thing is going to be the bolt pattern on the Polaris rims. Not sure if they are the same as the Honda or not. Also, 10" wide tires in the front are going to make it more difficult to turn.
I've got some take-offs from a Rincon 25x11x12 and 25x8x12 that I can't use. PM me if your interested.

yes tires will fit your rims but not the polaris rims. honda is 4 on
110mm polaris is 156mm on 4
