I am looking to lease land in North Georgia. Preferably less than an hour from Clayton, so Rabun or surrounding counties would be great. Needs to have some access roads or paths at least good enough for a 4 wheeler. Would like for it to have deer and turkey.....hogs would be nice too. Not super picky, trying to find this for a disabled 75 year old to hunt deer for the first time.
