you have to upload them to a photo site. IE: photobucket, flickr, imgur....and then link them to here. most of those sites will give you the code to just copy and paste here

I use imgur, I can upload them there with a resize option for message boards, then click on the picture, highlight the message board code and copy it, then paste it here. don't even have to click the insert image icon up there either

Instead of posting a "quick reply" click on "Go Advanced" and there will be an option below your general text box that says "manage attachments" click on that, and you'll be able to upload pictures from there. Good luck!

Another way tpost pics is to save the photo to your computer, and re-size to less than 1000x1000 pixels. I use 950, so it fits better. Then start a post, tab down to a spot below the text, then scroll down to Manage Attachments box and click. Another box will appear with browse buttons. Click one and it will go to your computer files. Find the pic your saved and re-sized and double click it. The file will appear in the box next to the browse button. Next click the upload button next to the fifth browse button. The file will then upload, may take a bit for this to happen. Once the file is uploaded there will be a small file name at the bottom below attached files. Then you click submit reply. That will do it.

I use a free program from microsoft, think its under power toys for windows photo re sizer. All you do is right click on your picture and a box will appear, chose resize picture then chose from 4 sizes, it will save the new resized one along with the full sized original.
