he's a banker not a broker.

get ready to go through a very aggravating experience. I am into it now, and about ready to pull the guy through the phone. Every time we straighten one thing out, 3 more things pop up. I am on the verge of pulling the plug on the whole deal.

check with your lender and ask about the HARP .2 loans
we used chase .and friends used Well Fargo ,, but would think all the banks have them , check them out on the e-net

I've been screwed by banks on multiple occasions. Whether it is them mysteriously implementing fees for no reason or just crappy customer service, I decided I had enough of them.
I deal with two different credit unions right now. The customer service is great and their rates are pretty much untouchable for mortgage and auto loans.
