Default A property development for hunters?

I remember years ago they were selling lots in a community that was going to have a deer hunting area, a lake and trails.
A biologist was involved in it, maybe Grant Woods?
I was wondering if it exists or folded or whatever.
I can't remember exactly where it was.
Anyone remember this?

I think all the lots are sold. They still come up on the market as resells. Last ad I saw was a nice cabin on 5ac around 320K. I don't know what the HOA fees are though. It did/does sound like a great idea.
