I agree. I think they should decriminalize, but not legalize.

Write someone a ticket for smoking/having in possession, but don't take them to jail... The war on drugs hasn't worked, and don't think that it will ever work.

Just like prohibition....where there's a will, there's a way.

legalize and the tax the heck out of it, then ban tobacco! at least with pot you don't have to worry bout dui, just the delivery driver going to the tokers house 5 times a day, alcohol is far worse than pot IMO.

You can get a DUI for marijuana.
