It resembles a Guilford Projectile from late to middle archaic period...not 100% sure though... Nice point!

I`m not sure on a point type either, but it sure looks nice. That`s a hard piece of stone to get something nice out of too.

looks like a tampa to me also called a nodena in other regions.mississippian culture1,000 b.p to the historic period.but also resembles a guilford like dawg 2 said wich would put it 7,500 to5,000 b.p.

It is definitely Archaic Period....Find a lot made out of Quartz like that in Harris County. Not much detail, but they are OLD.
