Default Ten guns everyone should have one of.

1911 .45 acp
Ruger 10/22
AR15
Lever action 30-30
Remington 700 or Winchester 70 in 30-06 or .270
Remington 870 12GA

Well that starts the list....I am sure that an AK47 should be there and with recent history maybe a Glock 9mm and surely some kind of revolver - maybe a S&W 29 in 44 mag. I am sure I am missing some obvious ones.

Ok the rest of my list now....
Ruger #1
AK47 (most popular gun in the world) Can't believe no one else lists it?
Glock (any)
Colt SAA

So what do you think should be the 10 guns everyone should own one of?

Everyone's needs (wants) are different. No such thing as 10 guns everyone should have.
