Default Newest shootin iron

Here is my newest tote gun. Rossi 92 16" carbine stainless .44mag with peep sight, Fiber optic front sight and metal replacement follower. My daughters pet doesn't approve of what I plan on hunting with it.

Nice lookin .44 Did ya look at the same gun in .357 mag.? At one time I thought about gettin one. But really I like the side eject better. Still this is a nize lookin gun. congratulations.

We had several come in the shop in .44 and .45Lc. I wanted the 20" 45 Lc with the large loop in Case Hardened finish but it sold quick. this is the last one we had and the prospect of using it in the swamp made the stainless more appealing. I'm waiting for them to come back out with the .454. that will be a handful!

The Henry may have a crisper trigger from the factory but it weighs a lot more. There is a guy on Leverguns.com that works on Rossi 92s for Cowboy Action shooting. He says with very little work the Rossi can be brought down to a 2.5 lb trigger pull.
