Default 3 1/2 year old 3 point lol!!

this big bodied joker came out at 8:30 Saturday morning 10/1/2011. i had sat all mornin and i didn't have near enough clothes on and was honestly about to throw in the towel until....Well i had been sitting there watching squirrels all morning and when i heard a lil crunch of leaves over my right should i really didn't think anything about but since i already had in my mind that i would be gettin down soon i decided what tha hay ima shoot this dag gum squirrel. haha boy was i wrong as i peaked over my right shoulder i saw the nose of this guy coming out, so i stood up real quick grabbed my bow got positioned and as soon as i noticed his rack i knew he was done because i have SEVERAL pics of this deer. but as he came on out he had no intention of stoppin he was just passin on through, i had a quartering away shot in about two steps, i drew, he stepped, i went bahh, he stopped and the arrow flew!!! doubled lunged him recovery, maybe 40 yards tha old grim reaper did tha trick!! deer weighed over 155lbs without any blood

Thats what I was thinking. I guess you could have waited 5 years to see if he would have made a 6pt lol. I would have taken him out as well.

Nice work. What type of broadheads are you using and is that the entry or exit?

haha yeah tlajoe i think he woulda been 160 atleast. but yeah we are pretty sure he was just 3 the guy that processer all my deer guessed him at that and i had to kno so we pulled the jaw and his teeth said he was atleast 3 lol. but im using the grim reaper whitetail special with the 2 inch cut. and thats the exit hole after i cleaned it up a lil bit lol. But i got a clean pass through with that shot after busting two ribs going in and two going out and then it stuck in the dirt atleast 8 inches and the broadhead still looks and feels brand new after i cleaned it!! i won't be changing anytime soon!! LOVE EM!!
