Default Feinstein says active duty, reservist and veterans cannot be trustedwith firearms...

This was from the AWB commitee meeting when there was a proposed amendment to exempt active duty military, reservists, and veterans just like the exemption for LEO's both active and retired.

Here is what she said word for word:

...this adds an exemption of retired military. umm, as i understand our bill, umm, no issue has arose in this regard during the 10 years the expired ban was effect, err in effect. and what we did in the other bill, was umm, exempt posession by the united states or a department or agency of the united states so that included active military. the problem with expanding this is that you know with the advent of PTSD, uhh, which i think is a new phenomenon as a product of the iraq war, umm, it's not clear how the seller or transferer of a firearm covered by this bill would verify that an individual was a member, or a vetran, and um that there was no impairment of that individual with respect to having a weapon like this. so you know i would be happy to sit down with you again and see if we could work something out but um, i think we have to -- if you're going to do this, find a way that veterans who are incapacitated for one reason or another mentally, uh, dont have access to this kind of weapon.

http://www.c-span.org/Events/Senate-...10737438612-2/

NO EXEMPTIONS!!!!!
Our rights have no stipulations.

YEAH, PTSD only came about after Iraq.
What a foolish, political hack she is.

Guess they should tell all the Vietnam vets, as well as the First Gulf War vets that we're fine and to quit faking.

Who is going to hold them accountable, and in what way ? Who is going to slap her in her liberal mouth, make her stand down or strip her of her seat in government ? She has been in politics way too long but she isn't the only one..A bunch of them on both sides up there in D.C. need to GO !

Yeah tell that to the WWII "shell shocked." I'm sure they'd love to hear that.

What a moron, Feinstein is.

That woman has long since passed the time of just being a useless oxygen thief. I don't know if there's even a term to describe the level of stupidity that she has achieved!!!

We the people should divorce the politicians and take 1/2 their wealth like all other divorces in this country.

For all her stupidity, she is still one of the wealthiest of them all. I think the stupidity award should be solely given to the people voting her back into office.

That's why they're quiet. Now they're monitoring us. Not joking at all. Watch the same counts for other threads dealing with Constitution, the eventual collapse, and firearms. It's usually higher than others...

You would think they have better things to do with their time, but I guess not?

I'm not saying it's .gov doing it. It's their "community organizers" and folks somehow still on the Big O's campaign payroll. Ok, this part is a bit of a stretch considering the campaign was folded, but it just rolled right into an active PAC, so it's not invalid either, based on what I've read since the election.

Plus, I'm sure this board has tripped DHS' keyword counter several times in the last few moments alone.

If the gun grabbers want to insist that some type of mental fitness test for gun ownership is needed, I will proudly nominate Miz Dianne to be the lab rat. It's a position she is well qualified for.

Totally but, hey StrippeRR HunteRR, did you see the pictures of the(apparently) new state record striper for Bammer?

Just googled it, sweet jeebus. Has to be held up by a winch cable because he sure ain't single arming it.

Anywho, back to the discussion.

Hello, all of you monitors of teh interwebz! I'm here to talk with likeminded individuals about fishing, and some of your sympathizers about politics. You guys came here to monitor me; it either says a lot about me, or a lot about you, that my statements mean that much to you, so thanks.

I see this "talk to the monitors" movement quickly turning into the scene from Bravehart where they mooned the English at Sterling.
