Default Jackson lake stripers

Does anyone here target stripers on Jackson lake? Me and my son would be interested in fishing with someone that does as we don't own a boat. We'd be happy to pay for gas, bait and food or a pay to guide trip. Thx in advance

Striper fishing on Jackson is slow. They are not numerous on Jackson like they are on Lanier. Their size is much smaller too. Our largest that we have caught was 11 lbs. I have heard of some as large as 20 lbs. We caught them slow trolling live gold fish. The gold fish were purchased at The Bait Bucket in Jackson. If I was going to pay for a guided trip , I would get a guide on Lanier. We did this once and had a blast.
