Looking for a navigation app for my smart phone, marking structure, waypoints and such is the goal. Mainly to be used on WestPoint Lake. Any recommendations?

I use Navionics and love it. I checked and West point is on it.

Navionics! I have the App and its great. I have used it to run the Hootch from River Bend to Eufaula.

Navionics really has the best app. All the same maps that they offer in their cards are on the app for a fraction of the price. Also, the app has a ton of extra features from tides, weather, routing and autorouting, community edits, port info, map options...........its pretty much the best value out there.
