All settled in Wilkes. My dad got a good 9 this morning and I saw some does without a shot. Hoping for some does to step out tonight.

Went to go put a card in my camera and there was a doe already in the food plot. Eased back out and got my wife in her blind in the other plot. It’s right beside the plot with the doe in it, separated by a grown up fence row. Hoping that doe will draw in a friend and end up in front of the wife.

I’m in a tripod overlooking a big field.

Up in Troup had a couple of does come by about 4:00

Decided to join for a short evening hunt. Over creek bottom. Saw two doe as soon as I sat.

Real quiet here. Fun watching the squirrels have to work to get acorns. Leaves done covered them up.
