2001 Thomas and Thomas 8wt-Estimated worth?

Hey Guys. I have a mint 2001 T&T 8wt...how much do you think its worth? I have no idea with all the advancements in rods since then but it was bad to the bone back then. Used it three times.

I know it's no help to you, but something is worth exactly what someone else is willing to pay for it. You might find someone who is looking for a T&T that will pay near full value.

However, as you alluded to, technology has come a long way in the last 20 years and a top of the line rod from 2001 is equalled in performance by much cheaper rods today.

Find out what rod sold new for when it was still in production. Then figure about 60% less. That’s more than likely the value
You can ask what you want to ask if you’re thinking of selling but that is about where you will sell it

Go to ebay and see what T&T's bring. There's many for sale.

If it's an HS908S-4, I would hold out for at least $200 because that's a great rod!



I'd give that, but I already have one - traded a Sage for it!
