2015 North Georgia Reservoir Dogs Tournament Schedule

Hey guys we will be back at it again this year and we are looking forward to the season. Some changes have been made since last year. Myself and Josh will be handling the operations of the tournaments.

Rules:

• All boaters must follow state guidelines at all times.
• Only electric motors will be allowed, no gas motors!
• All boats must have a suitable livewell or cooler, NO STRINGERS!
• All livewells will be checked before launch.
• No fisherman may leave their boat to gain a fishing advantage.
• All boats must be back to ramp by weigh in time.
• A one pound per minute deduction will be imposed to any boat that does not follow this rule. This will be strictly enforced.
• One dead fish is allowed at weigh in. All other dead fish will result in a 0.5 pound deduction per fish.
• No trolling.
• Artificial baits only.
• There is a 5 fish limit, with a 12 inch minimum size (except at Rocky Mountain it will be 14 inch minimum).
• Short fish will not be weighed, golden ruler will be used.
• A $50 registration fee is due at the first tournament. All registration fees, minus scale maintenance, will go toward the classic at the end of the season.
• A $40 tournament fee for each tournament will be required (single fishermen $35) This includes big fish
• Each tournament will be a 100% payout.

POINTS

• First place will recieve 5 points
• Second place will recieve 3 points
• Third place will recieve 1 point
• One point per fish weighed in
• One point per pound weighed in
• Big fish winners will recieve 3 points

CLASSIC

• Top 6 teams will be eligible for Classic at the end of the season
• A minimum of 5 tournaments must be fished in order to qualify for Classic
• If a boat cannot fish in the classic the next closest boat in points will be eligible

• February 28th: Rocky Mountain
• March 14th: Latham
• April 4th: Yahoola
• April 18th: Allatoona (Stamp Creek)
• May 23rd: Carters Re-Reg
• June 20th: Acworth
• July 25th: Hickory Log
• August 22nd: Acworth
• September 5th: Cedar Creek
• September 26th and 27th: Classic (Location will be drawn the night before)

**All tournaments are from safelight-3 pm. Any changes will be voted upon before launch.
