about to try 6 different cartridges for buckmark 22 to see which are most accurate. how often should I clean the barrel throughout the process?

I’d clean every time you switch ammo so they get equal testing.

I've shot everything from cheap bulk ammo to the more expensive CCI Stinger in my Buckmarks.
My Buckmarks will eat anything you put in them and shoot them accurately.

I haven't cleaned the bore in mine in years, well over 1,000 rounds.

when you switch ammo just shoot 10 rounds of the new stuff and proceed on.

I see competitive shooters who almost never clean a 22 bore.. just the chamber

I only clean mine when they start jamming.

This !!! (y)

I have put over 5K thru my bullseye target pistol without cleaning it.

One 5 shot group of new ammo will stabilize the bore before testing group size etc.

Clean a buck mark? How do you do that? I bet I have put 10k rounds in mine, from cci to golden bullets. The only cleaning I've done is to the frame/slide and chamber with a qtip.
